Woops!

So had a wonderful weekend off, camping out in Arizona. It was difficult to stick to my diet while roughing it out in the desert, and I am not going to lie I totally slipped, but I have to get back to it! Its ok to have slip ups here and there, but its most important to get back on board and hop right back into the workout and diet routine. I think thats where a lot of people fail because they slip and figure "Well I already had that cheeseburger might as well top it off with a shake". The tough part is stopping once you slip and getting back on track, you shouldn't feel deprived but there should be guidelines to stick to or else where does it stop?
