Definately a day for the legs!

Hit Bootcamp this morning and Adam had a tough workout in store for us, we focused on legs and glutes and I am already sore! This definitely beats going to the gym, no way I could push myself like this on my own! I am up to holding a plank for a full minute and thats a HUGE accomplishment for me (tough move)! I am excited to have a workout buddy now, because Caytie just jumped on board with me on the way to getting in shape! Its an extra little push at 530 in the morning when I feel like getting back into my warm bed (next to my hubby to be) and throwing in the towel. Although, I only lost one additional pound this week I am excited to see how week 4 goes :)
